The living room has a sofa , a TV and a dinner  table, while the sleeping area has a queen-sized bed. The bathroom is contemporary and is equipped with a shower stall and a washing machine. 

The apartment has a number of comforts, including A/C and heating, both with a thermostat that allows to control the room temperature.
